Book Sales / Bookstore
Our bookstore is open year-round, and the stock — which includes many best-sellers — is constantly changing. Our books for sale are located on the bookshelves that are a burgundy color in the area of the checkout desk. There are also beautiful and unusual books in the glass cases. Books here can be purchased at the check-out desk.
Keep your eye out for our frequent half-price sales, Additionally, in early December, volunteers hold a large sale of unusual, rare, or unique books. Donations are welcome anytime during library hours. See donation guidelines at right.
All proceeds from the sale of books support the library.
Calling All Volunteers!
Love books? Love that warm fuzzy feeling you get from helping others? Enjoy organizing and sorting? If you have a few spare hours and answered yes to any or all of those questions, our Book Sales/ Bookstore committee would love your help. Volunteers are needed to sort donated books, look up their value, stock the bookstore, and help with our big sales. We have a dedicated group of volunteers but can always use more.
